CLEVER Global acquires PREVECON and expands its services in Occupational H&S
CLEVER Global is a company listed on the Alternative Stock Market (MAB) that dedicates to global management of suppliers and contractors. CLEVER has acquired 100% of the Peruvian company PREVECON who specialise in the provision of Occupational Health and Safety service, with the objective of minimising risks associated to subcontracting. Consequently, this has expanded CLEVER´s portfolio of services in the supply chain visibility management.
PREVECON is a company founded in 2010 in Peru. It focuses primarily on three areas of business; occupational health comprising of medical exams and check-ups in their own clinic facilities; consultancy, advice and Occupational risk prevention training; and supplying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) based on the risk analysis of the Client´s activity.
This acquisition has brought important operational and commercial synergies to the Peruvian market allowing CLEVER Global’s services in Supplier and Contractor Management to be expanded by offering an integral and efficient service to their Clients.
PREVECON´s Client portfolio is highly diversified highlighting important references to the public sector, such as the Escuela Nacional de Medicina del Trabajo which is associated to the Instituto de Salud Carlos III of Spain, or the Santa María de Arequipa Catholic University in Peru that develops training courses in Occupational Health.
This has enabled the Spanish multinational to expand the services they offer in Supply Chain Visibility Management through technological solutions in Supplier Registration and Accreditation, Electronic Negotiation, Contractor Control and Audit and Assessment.
