CLEVER Global acquires ISOCO

CLEVER Global, a company listed on the Alternative Stock Exchange Market (MAB) dedicated to the global management of suppliers and contractors, has acquired 100% of Intelligent Software Components (ISOCO), a company specialized in strategic consulting and technology solutions to transform the relationship between customers and suppliers in order to improve competitiveness.

The total amount disbursed by CLEVER for the execution of the transaction, considering the previous financing granted to ISOCO and option price, is 868.000 euros, which has meant that the entire disbursement has materialized in financing form.

Founded in 1999, ISOCO is a technology services company designed to transform the purchasing function into a strategic process for organizations. It has a team of 50 people and has presence in Barcelona, ​​Madrid, Valencia and Medellín (Colombia).

ISOCO combines three elements to help make the purchasing area more efficient: professional services, through purchasing consultancy and modeling and category management; technological solutions, with a complete suite that allows end-to-end management of the purchasing process, which includes homologation, negotiation, electronic invoicing and supplier portals; and category management and cost reduction services.

CLEVER Global expands its portfolio with complementary services in the field of Supply Chain Management, adding the services of approval and management of purchases to its offer oriented to the global management of suppliers and contractors in all territories where it operates.
